Harrogate’s leading mobility furniture retailer Rise Furniture and Mobility, located on Leeds Road, Harrogate has had its website, shortlisted as finalists in the prestigious 2018 Harrogate Advertiser Business Awards, under the Best Website category.
Judges were looking for a website that encompassed excellence in content- good navigation offered easy access to breadth and depth of content, good quality visual design relevant to the audience and the message it is supporting, good functionality and good interactivity.
From a final shortlist of six other companies, the website finished runner up to Yorkshire based charity Disability Action Yorkshire in the best website category.

The new showroom features award winning British rise and recline chairs and adjustable beds, stairlifts and mobility scooters to inspirational daily living products.
The awards dinner held at Harrogate’s Royal Hall on Thursday 19th April and was co-hosted by Jean MacQuarrie, the editor of the Harrogate Advertiser and Group weeklies Editor for the Johnston Press Yorkshire, along with Sir Gary Verity, the Chief Executive of Welcome to Yorkshire.
