As the Government begins to relax lockdown, many shops are beginning to re-open. After careful consideration, we will be re-opening our Harrogate showroom on Monday 15th June 2020.
Your safety and health is still paramount to us. In accordance with advice from the Government and industry retail experts, we aim to make some changes to how we serve you.
For your safety our showroom is open for personal viewing by Appointment Only Monday to Saturday between 10am and 4.30pm.
If you wish to visit our showroom, we ask that you contact us beforehand and book an appointment. We will be operating a strict one in, one out policy for customers, so can you be assured not only of our full attention, but you don’t have to worry about other customers entering the showroom during your appointment.
This will help us control social distancing and limit the number of customers in the showroom at any one time.
- For your protection PPE will be worn by staff meeting customers in the showroom
- We respectfully request that you maintain a distance of 2metres where possible
- Anti-bacterial wipes will be used to wipe down and clean all hard surfaces (door handles, desks, card payment devices) on a regular basis
- Anti-bacterial wipes or hand sanitiser will be freely available. Please don’t be offended if we ask you to use it
- If you or any family member show signs of infection, we respectfully ask you not to visit our showroom
