For all local customers ordering online via our website and charged for delivery at checkout, we will refund the delivery charge when processing your order.
Your safety, health and welfare has never been as important to us as it is during these difficult times.
In response to the Prime Minister’s instructions, we have also suspended home visit assessments and our door-to-store collection service until further notice. We charge £4.95 postage for all orders under £100.00
Delivery (Monday- Friday exc. Bank Holidays) is free on all orders over £100.00 to mainland UK only*.

(e.g. furniture and large items) Delivery and installation of rise and recline chairs and adjustable beds is FREE within the county of Yorkshire (see map). Any deliveries outside of Yorkshire are charged on an individual order basis. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date at the point of order.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed and therefore time is not of the essence. In any event, we will aim to deliver your goods within 30 days from the day after the day we received your order. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date, or offer you a full refund.
All our chairs and beds are handmade to order and once your furniture is ready, we will contact you with further information about your delivery time and date. On the day of delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery team can gain easy access to the room that the furniture is going into and that the area you want the furniture placed in is cleared.
An event outside our control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control.
Our obligations under these terms will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event outside our control
You may cancel the contract if an event outside our control takes place and you no longer wish us to provide the goods.
Delivery of your furniture order shall be completed when we deliver the furniture to the address you gave us and it will become your responsibility from that time. You may want to contact your insurance provider to ensure that the products are included within the scope of your home and contents insurance policy. You own the product once we have received payment in full.
To make sure you are completely satisfied with your items, the delivery team will ask you to sign for receipt of your furniture after it has been installed.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery on the date and at the time notified to you, then we will leave you a note that the goods will be returned to our warehouse. In which case, you should contact us to re-arrange delivery. We may charge a re-delivery fee of £115.00 (including VAT) at our discretion in these circumstances.
If you require an item urgently or by a certain date we recommend that you contact us as for stock availability. If for some reason we are unable to meet your required delivery date, we will inform you of this and await your instructions.
Please allow for longer delivery times during the Easter, Spring Bank and Christmas periods due to factory holidays.
