Set in 300 acres of woodland and one of the most beautiful hotels in the county of North Yorkshire. Rudding Park is a Luxury Hotel and Spa complex with several fine dining restaurants and provides guests with a prestigious wedding venue and 2 golf courses.
For 2019, Harrogate’s multi-award winning mobility retailer Rise Furniture and Mobility is proud to sponsor the Golf in Society Annual Golf Day. Golf in Society is a social enterprise with a mission to improve the lives of families living with Dementia and Parkinson’s Disease through introducing them to golf.
Whilst the 18 hole Rudding Park golf course favoured by two US Presidents, more famously President Bill Clinton who dropped in for a round of golf and gatecrashed one lucky couples wedding day. The 2019 Golf in Society event will be played n the 9 hole Repton course.
Supporting Dementia Forward and Parkinsons Charities, the 2019 Golf day features; four ball competition for the George Haydon Trophy, nearest to the pin, beat the Pro as well as a cake stall, Tombola and BBQ with family entertainment. The event is also open to non-golfers.
