On 4th January 2021 the Government announced the third National lockdown with immediate effect.
As during the previous lockdowns, we felt that closing our showroom temporarily is the most sensible option, although viewing the showroom by appointment only is possible.
The Rise Furniture and Mobility showroom was made covid-safe between each lockdown and is the only Harrogate mobility company registered in the visitbritain.org ‘Good to go’ scheme.
We are proud to adhere to the strict Government guidelines and have re-implemented our showroom appointment booking system once more.

The showroom adheres to social distancing and a one customer/one family in the showroom at a time; hand sanitiser stations are freely available for customer use, all display furniture has been treated with FabricShield Protect so customers can try our furniture with confidence, eliminating any risk from cross-contamination, surfaces, door handles and card reader payment machines are regularly sanitised, any stock such as footwear is quarantined prior to restocking, contactless payment is encouraged and staff wear PPE, maintaining a strict hygienic hand washing regime.
We still offer free local, contactless home deliveries for those self isolating within the Harrogate area. For customers needing a stairlift, we offer remote survey appointments.
Home visit assessments are limited to same Tier areas and under Government guidelines. Our door-to-door collection service is suspended until further notice.
As during the first lockdown, not all our suppliers and couriers are able to deliver and this may cause delays. This situation is changing daily,
